This rich-media conference recording solution begins with the video recording of proceedings, integration and synchronization of all presentation materials including PowerPoint slides, video, audio, HTML links, Adobe Acrobat files, and ends with the creation of a graphical user interface (GUI) and authoring of a custom DVD or DVD-ROM.

Essentially, all content and media presented at a conference can be completely replicated on the disc itself. Our knowledge of video compression allows us to fit up to 50 hours of high quality digital video at a resolution of 320x240 at 15 frames per second on a single DVD-ROM.

Our solution is completely customizable to suit the needs of any conference and/or e-learning scenario. In addition to duplicating conference proceedings we can include a slide index which allows users to jump to any portion of a presentation, multiple audio tracks for different languages, subtitling, and a search engine.

Tout est fait sur mesure pour répondre aux besoins précis de votre conférence ou votre scénario d'apprentissage. En plus de reproduire vos délibérations, nous pouvons inclure un index des données permettant ainsi aux utilisateurs de consulter une partie particulière de la présentation, une piste d'enregistrement audio particulière (dans la langue de votre choix), le sous-titrage et un moteur de recherche.


Services Overview

The following contains an overview of the services provided for the purposes of videotaping footage of your conference and the creation of an interactive DVD-ROM as a complete archive of the conference proceedings.

The videotaping services will consist of a number of camera crews, each with camera operators and one technical director. In addition, producers will be on hand to oversee the entire shoot along with audio technicians to guarantee proper audio feeds to the cameras and mixers.

The videotaping will include two cameras at each speaking location. At each location, one camera will film the overall proceedings while a second camera will capture close up shots of the speakers as well as any questions posed by the audience.

To speed up the post-production process and reduce the amount of editing required, each event will be mixed live by the technical director and recorded to a video tape recorder (VTR). For backup purposes however, both video cameras will also record the speakers ensuring that if something were to happen to the mixed stream the content would still be captured and be available to be edited in post-production.

Post production of the videos will consist of digitizing each speaker/event and editing any footage when necessary. All edited videos will then be encoded at optimal quality and at a resolution of 320x240.

A custom interface will then be designed for the inclusion of all videos, PowerPoint slides and other presentation materials, whether they be videos, sounds, or still images.

White papers and other information may also be included on the DVD-ROM if required.
